The obverse of this commemorative Third Reich token features a soldier wearing a steel helmet flanked by a sword on his left side and a torch on his right side. Below the soldier is an eagle holding a swastika inside of a wreath. At the top of the obverse the coin shows the date, "1940." The bottom of the obverse features the word, "Reichsparteitag," which translates to, "Reich Party Congress." The reverse of the coin features the words, "nur tapfere dolker haben geschichte," which translates to, "only brave soldiers have history."
